Musco Center presents:

Los Lobos

Saturday, March 25, 2023 | 7:30 p.m.

“Los Lobos make music that depicts the aspirations and longings of the Chicano community. They also play some pretty mean rock & roll.” (Rolling Stone)

“Is there a better band in America? Probably not.” (Houston Press)

“Los Lobos makes almost all other bands look like novelty acts.” (Marc Maron)

Los Lobos has stayed true to their East L.A. roots blending Mexican folk music with blues, rock, punk, doo-wop, and soul to create a sonic style greater than the sum of its parts. Over the last five decades, they have sold millions of records, garnered worldwide critical acclaim, and earned four Grammys, including 2022 Best Americana Album for Native Son. Known for their revelrous live shows and masterful musicianship, Los Lobos has toured with legendary acts like The Grateful Dead, U2, Bob Dylan, and Neil Young. Join them on their return to Musco Center for favorites from their extensive catalog such as “Will the Wolf Survive?,” “La Bamba,” “Más y más,” “Come On, Let’s Go,” “Bertha,” “Volver, volver,” and more.

Please visit CU Staying Healthy for the latest COVID-19 protocols for Chapman visitors.
